Ring Resizing Policy

A fit-sized ring should sit on your finger secure enough and never fall off. It should have a comfortable fit but not over-tight to your finger and without any sliding over to your knuckle.

We offer FREE resizing of the ring on your purchase with NO-RETURN. Most of our rings within 2 full sizes (+/- 2) resizing will request 2-3 days to finished. If you required a resizing beyond 2 full sizes, we will make the ring as a new production for you. For our quality assurance, a new ring may take up to 2 weeks for production and we ask for no extra-cost.
